How can I get a list of the people with bad email addresses?
If you are a ClassroomParent Admin for your school, you can view and print a list of people with undeliverable email addresses by doing the following:
- Go to Admin/Email
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link Bad Email Address Report link.
This will produce a “directory” of people whose email addresses have bounced. Use the list to contact the individuals to get a correct email address. In some cases, the email address is correct, and the status just needs to be set back to “Send Me Email”
