Yes, when a user attempts to access the site and they have not yet purchased a subscription, they are informed that they will need to pay for a subscription (for the school year) to access the directory.

Once they confirm they want to continue to purchase a subscription, they are given the opportunity to purchase one online credit card.

Once they have completed the purchase, they are able to access the site, and they are listed as subscribers in the parent organization subscriber list.
