If you believe you should have received emails from ClassroomParent but they are not appearing in your email inbox, please check your spam folder (also called a spam filter, or junk mail box, etc).
It is possible that your provider considers email from ClassroomParent spam. You should be able to select the email and indicate that it is not spam (or junk mail).
How you do this is dependent on your email provider, and the email client you use to read email.
You should also add mailer@classroomparent.com to your contact list. This will let your ISP know that you want to receive emails from ClassroomParent.
You should also log into ClassroomParent and verify that you email settings are set to "Send me email". If your ISP returned a message indicating that your email address was undeliverable, your email may be disabled in ClassroomParent and you will need to edit your profile to set it back to Send me email
