How do the Student with Missing Parent Information forms work?

The Student with Missing Parent Information forms are used by parent organizations/schools to allow parent to enter their own contact information into ClassroomParent.

You can find links to the forms on a classroom or grade page. When you click on the link, ClassroomParent will generate one form per student (in the grade or classroom from which you clicked the link), for which that student has no parent contact information.

The forms are designed to print one per page, so they can be easily distributed through backpacks, Back to School nights, mailings, etc.

Each form includes the name of the student, that students unique ClassroomParent code, a url where the parents can go to enter their contact information, and instructions for the parent on how to complete the online forms. It also includes space where a parent can write in contact information (if they don’t have internet access). These forms would need to be entered manually by the parent organization or school.

Because the forms will only be generated for students with no parent contact information, schools/parent organizations typically rerun them and re-distribute them after an initial distribution to help get parents to complete their contact information if they did not initially.
