ClassroomParent offers several ways for parent organizations and schools to raise more funds from your parents and from the surrounding community.
- Does your parent organization collect dues. If so, CP can greatly increase your ability to collect dues online. Not only can you have parents pay their dues online with a credit card, you can have ClassroomParent send messages to all parents that have not yet paid dues, asking them to do so. Every time a parent logs in, they are reminded to pay their dues. When paying dues, parents are asked to make an additional donation.
- ClassroomParent can be configured so that parents that want to access it pay a once-per-year subscription fee that you can set. Schools typically use $10. You can also offer “scholarships” for families that can’t afford that. When a parent attempts to login that hasn't paid their subscription, they are asked to do so, and can complete the purchase with a credit card in a couple of steps.
- CP also offers an online store where you can ask parents to make donations and purchase items (such as swag, tickets to fundraising events etc). Schools have used this to sell tickets to out door movie nights, baseball games, pots of wholesale flowers, and much more.
- In addition, CP now offers the ability for your organization to sell sponsorships to area businesses. Schools are using this as a great way for parents that own businesses to get the word out, while sponsoring their school.
