By default, the list of events will only include those that are coming up.
But this doesn't mean that previous events are removed from the system. They are retained, along with all of the volunteer opportunities and volunteers.
To find previously held events, you can use the Search function.
Above the list of events, next to the Add Event button, click on the Search button:
A search field will appear. Enter in some portion of the name of the event you are looking for then click the Search button.
Any current events, or ones held in the past, that match your search term, will appear.
You can then view the event details, any opportunities and volunteers, or copy the event to a new date time, or associate it with another area of the system, i.e. to a different classroom or grade.
