Why can't I refund an order that I made?
If you purchased an item in the store and are a store manager, you may be surprised to see that when viewing the order's details, you don't see a Refund button. This is because a purchaser is not allowed to refund their own order, whether purchased online or via chech/cash.
You must get a another store manager to refund the order for you.
