If a parent paid their dues offline, like before the start of the year, can I enter that so they show as paid in the system?

Yes, you can enter offline dues (and subscription) payments. Here's how:

  1. Click on your parent organization tab
  2. Click on Memberships
  3. This page lists the current members. If you have sufficient rights, you will see a button to add a member. 
  4. Click the button and fill in the required information. If their payment included a donation, enter the full amount of their payment and the system will calculate the amount of the donation when it records the dues payment.
