To send a message to the volunteers of an event, you need to go to where the event was created, such as the classroom, grade, or group, or the school events area. Then follow these steps
- Beside the event, click on the details icon (
) to display the actions you can take. - If you are an owner of the event, or have rights to manage the event, you will see a button for Add/Modify Sign Ups...
- Click this button to go to the event's volunteering area.
- Now click on the Send Messages to Volunteers/Potential Volunteers tab.
Here you can enter a message, and select who the message should go to, including current volunteers.
