How are event costs handled?
Parents can choose to:
- Pay the fee online immediately.
- Indicate they will pay later via cash, check, or another method (if allowed by the school).
- Notify the school that they will work with their teacher to make payment arrangements.
If the third option is selected, the system creates a pending payment order that admins can manage once payment or scholarship details are finalized.
