ClassroomParent offers several privacy options:

1. Show student and parent names only:
   • Student and parent information is included in ClassroomParent but with limited access by other parents
   • Student name is listed in the homeroom roster
   • Only parent names are shown (other contact information is hidden)
   • Parents can still receive communications and participate in volunteer opportunities and store purchases
2. Show student but hide all parent information:
   • Student information remains in the system and appears in class rosters
   • All parent contact information is completely hidden from other families
   • Communication can still be received through the system
3. Hide all names and information:
   • Both student and parent names are hidden from other families
   • Student will not appear in class rosters visible to other parents
   • System administrators can still send communications to the family
4. Include student but no parent information in system:
   • Student information is included in the system
   • No parent information is stored in the system at all
   • Limited communication options are available
5. Exclude student and parent from system:
   • Neither student nor parent information is included in the ClassroomParent system
   • No communication through the system will be possible
