The club reports are for school administrators. Open the
Clubs area and choose Reports. Each report works a
week at a time, with Previous and Next controls to move between weeks.
-
Participant Counts by Dinner Location and Day — for each
dinner location, the number of distinct students attending clubs that use that
location on each meeting day. A student in two clubs that share a dinner location on
the same day is counted once. Use it to tell the kitchen how many meals to prepare
and where.
-
Students at a Dinner Location — drill into a single location
and day to get the actual roster, with each student's grade, homeroom, and clubs.
This view is print-friendly for handing to staff supervising dinner.
-
Double-Booked Students — students who belong to more than one
club that meets on the same day that week, with the date and the clubs involved.
Use it to spot conflicts before they become a problem.
The dinner reports depend on the dinner location on each club's
schedule, so they're only as accurate as those values. Keeping dinner location names
spelled consistently across clubs keeps the counts correct.
