How do I add students to a club, and who can see the member list?
Club membership works the same way as group membership. On the club's page you can:
- Add people one at a time by searching for them and adding them to the club.
- Add in bulk with "Add to Class/Grade", which lets you pull in every student in a classroom or grade at once — useful for a grade-level club.
Members can also be removed from the same page, and you can export the member list. The attendance window always uses the club's current members, so keep the list up to date.
Privacy: a club marked private is visible only to administrators, staff, and the club's advisor, and its member list is hidden from everyone else. A club that isn't private appears in the Clubs list for all users, and its details can be viewed by anyone at the school.
On the Clubs list, families see the clubs they run under "Your Clubs," the clubs they or their children belong to under "Clubs You Are A Member Of," and everything else under "Other Clubs."
