Can teachers see which of their students have club meetings?
Yes. When the Clubs feature is on, a Club Meeting Calendar is available from a classroom, a grade, and a regular group. It rolls up the club meetings for the students in that classroom, grade, or group so a teacher or leader can see, day by day, which of their students are expected at a club.
Teachers see this calendar for their own classrooms and grades; administrators and school administrators can see any of them. It's read-only — meetings are still managed from each club's own schedule and calendar.
Use it to plan around club commitments: scheduling a make-up session, a field trip, or an after-school event is easier when you can see who already has somewhere to be.
