How do refunds work when a purchase used more than one Stripe account?

When you refund a transaction that sent money to more than one connected account, ClassroomParent automatically pulls the money back from every account involved before issuing the refund to the parent.

If one account's share is pulled back but another's can't be right away (for example, if that account's available balance is temporarily too low), the transaction is marked Partially Reversed and you'll see a message naming which account(s) succeeded and which didn't. No refund is sent to the parent yet in that case — simply try the refund again later. Any account that already succeeded won't be charged or reversed a second time, so it's always safe to retry.
