Why can't I buy from the store, pay dues, or complete a permission slip?
The store, dues, and permission slips are for families with a student enrolled in the school's current school year. If none of your students are in a classroom this year — for example, your student graduated or moved to another school — you can still sign in and look back at the years your family was part of the school, but you can't start a new purchase, pay dues, or complete a permission slip.
If you try, you'll be returned to your profile with a message explaining why. The Join Now dues button is also hidden, and permission slips from past years no longer appear in your to-do list.
If your student is enrolled this year, the school may not have added them to a classroom for the new year yet. Please contact the school so they can update your student's classroom.
